Justice Nsima Akpabio Chambers (JNAC) stands as an unwavering student's body within the esteemed Faculty of Law at the University of Uyo. Its origin traces back to 2016, previously known as Advocacy International Chambers, founded by Sir Dan Gospel.
Under the distinguished patronage of Prince Ukpong Akpabio Esq., JNAC boasts Maroon and Gold as its emblematic colors, symbolizing the unbreakable unity among its members. At the helm is the Advocate General and his Board of Executives, while the dedicated members are referred to as Advocates. The core mission of JNAC is to "Make the difference," a commitment they have consistently upheld over the years.
JNAC is renowned for its stellar programmes such as the A's Summit, Philomath's Gallery, Magic Pen Competition, intra-chamber moot competition, legal writing and advocacy sessions, Annual Nsima Akpabio Memorial Moot, keep fit, picnics, to mention but a few.
In pursuit of their vision to nurture well-rounded law students, JNAC comprises a diverse range of societies and communities, offering invaluable insights into emerging legal areas and strategic opportunities.

Hon. Barr. Prince Ukpong Akpabio Esq. serves as Grand Patron of Justice Nsima Akpabio Chambers. A lawyer, businessman and community developer from Ukana Ikot Ntuen in Essien Udim, he represents Essien Udim State Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, where he chairs the House Committee on Rules, Business, Ethics and Privileges — having previously served as State Commissioner for Trade & Investment, and for Investment, Commerce & Industry.
He is also a Knight of St. John International, and continues to take a close, personal interest in the chambers' affairs and its advocates.
